Exactly which one?

So, I just went to make some coffee and I had the option of Sugar, Equal, Splenda, and Sweet n Low. So, someone tell me...exactly which one am I supposed to be using? Lets say I'm not using sugar...I have apparently the following options:
Equal
Sweet N Low
Stevia
Splenda
NutraSweet

Can someone please let me know? thanks

Well if your only option is from the list of the above please do not choose any of the artificial chemical sweeteners. Stevia is by far the best from your options since it does come from the stevia plant which has naturally sweet leaves. My motto is choose all natural your body will thank-you in the long run. Whole foods are best in thier natural state, the least processing, preservatives, and chemicals as posssible so your body will recognize the natural foods you put in it! I've tried a lot of stevia sweeteners but I hadn't tried that SweetLeaf brand until a couple weeks ago. It's definitely the best tasting stevia sweetener I've tried. I've been substituting stevia for sugar when I cook or bake so I really like that SweetLeaf has a lot of different products that I can use in recipes. I'd definitely recommend giving SweetLeaf a try! Especially since it's natural and has no calories, no carbs and no glycemic index.

Also, during my SweetLeaf research, I stumbled upon these videos on YouTube if you want to check them out:

Definitely, Sweetleaf! I have been using it for over 6 months, and have absolutely no complaints. Stevia-based sweeteners have been used in Japan since the 1970s – ever since that country banned artificial sweeteners. To this date, after being used by tens of millions of people for more than 40 years, there has not been a single consumer complaint about Stevia.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, I love SweetLeaf stevia! I've tried and used it in different things, but I baked with it for the first time last week in chocolate chip cookies and I really liked them! Next, criss-cross peanut butter cookies!

Experimenting with their flavored liquid stevia is fun!
